    I can help with that, Happy...I rode that old bike on the dog walk route. It took me 15 minutes, so...

    714 - 15 = 699!

    Hey, Candle and Chris, you are kickin' some serious you know what today, racking up those minutes. And Dance, 60 minutes on the treadmill is amazing...I find the treadmill to be relentless like no other exercise. eusebius, 90 minutes of Yoga would make Rodney Yee smile his Big Smile.

    Bopis, is Justin the dog? What a nice grin he has.

    Ok so now that we're under 700 does it mean I can slack off tonight? Because I'm so tired and I haven't gotten to the store yet. Am really glad I got my walking done earlier.

    What's that you say... Ok I thought not. Maybe I'm just thirsty. I'll go have some water.

    Speaking of which, thanks for setting up that challenge too.

    Yea I was gone all day and come home to find not only did you all get us under 750 but we are under 700. Wow. When I get back home (yeap back to the bowling center to watch my team) I hope to get at least 10 more minutes on the treadmill.

    Way to go everyone. I am sooooo happy with you all.

  • Treadmill again 639-10=629. Woo Hoo we are almost there.
  • I got 15 more minutes of yoga and crunches in. Wish I could have gotten us under 600 but my neck was saying no no.

    629 - 15 = 614

    How low can we go tomorrow?
  • Just went for a 30 min walk w. my dog

    614-30 = 584
  • I did my WATP for Abs 1 mile this morning, it was 17 minutes. I plan on more later.
    584 - 17 = 567
  • 30 min Turbokick and 15 minutes Abs

    567-45= 522
  • I did workouts from Biggest Loser DVD's 1 & 2 for a total of 56 mins

    522- 56 = 466
  • I did 30 mins of yoga today!

    466-30 = 436
  • worked out cardio video
    436-30= 406
  • My daily walk during lunch hour lasted 50 minutes:

    406 - 50 = 356
  • Did 120 min on bike to make up for yesterday!

    356-120=236

    Almost there guys, I say we get to LA by tonight!!!!!
