1/21 had 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon and 1 slice LC wheat bread.
1/22 3 eggs scrambled and 2 sausage patties.

1/23 A beef smoked sausage with cheese on a slice of LC wheat bread with mustard and a SF jello cup.

My breakfasts for the last week have all been the same, protein/fibre shake & 1 string cheese

I've been eating the same breakfast since starting. 3 sausage link with a 1 egg cheese omlette.
