I for one LOVE the accountability so I say we just keep posting menus if it helps us.
BTW...I have decided to switch up my plan. It was so nice today to be able to have oatmeal. And really why should I? its so good for me! Now that I'm off sugar and processed flour I think it'll be alot easier to make choices too. This is gonna be good I think! I'm excited to have more food choices now! I am gonna keep several of the LC ideals in mind though...no sugar, no flour but healthier protein choices and more fruits and veggies.
