Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: sticking with it for the long haul when there are no results for stretches of periods.
Following any specific plan: calories mainly. 1700 a day with some exercise, mainly yard work and walking.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I don't feel like I have much time left. My mom was 58 when she died and I'm close to the weight she was and I'm 56. Doesn't mean it will happen this way, but that is my motivation.
