3 oz. tofu (45 calories)
8 oz. almond breeze unsweetened (40 calories)
1 scoop chocolate spirutein (96 calories)
This is one of my favorite things for breakfast.
Blueberry Smoothie
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
1 cup fat free plain yogurt (I use Stonyfield Farms)
Splenda to taste
dash cinnamon
Blend together. I use an immersible hand blender.
Serve immediately.
