heres what iv lost so far.
this is just my first target!
my start weight was 172pounds
my current weight is 155pounds
my 1st target weight is 139pounds wish me luck!!

at the moment I seem to be losing during the week when i'm working and putting it back on on my days off
I need to stop buying myself chocolate

Oh well I nearly made my challenge target.

It's bad: because I had at least 2 blowouts (it always starts with the demon drink Stella, followed by red wine then pizza,pringles,chocolate......) And then it's good: because I HAVE BEEN BURSTING MY ARSE AT THE GYM at least 3 times a week for the past month.
My main motivation has been to get my moneys worth (I am Scottish, after all).
