Just finished an hour bike ride. Finished water goal. Ate enough.

I have completed the 21 day challenge and another week at a time challenge! I was working with DH all day on a construction project all day - hot, sweaty and sore from yesterdays workout and drilling, chiseling, squatting, etc. today. But before I took my shower at 9:00 (boy did I ever need one
) I jumped on the treadmill and completed a 1.5 mile jog
and I am drinking my last 24 oz of water as we speak.
The struggle with the pop in no way diminishes what you have accomplished with your water and exercise goals this past week - You did an absolutely fabulous job.
and 2 pounds down too
