Hiya Aileen! Well hi everyone! LJ- Lisa and I (the izzygirls) are doing flex, but I'm thinking of switching it up with the core plan when I hit a slump. I have no idea if that will help, but I'm thinking about it.

I like all the names just fine as well- I don't mind if anyone in particular chooses, so long as we get a name and a thread going soon. I agree that posting menu plans and such is a good idea- honestly I know I won't get around to reporting every night (ah, TBall and soccer mom here...) but you guys will have to trust me that I'm not just skipping on days I was "bad"!!

Hello all! I am officially calling this Weight Watchers Round Two.....I started last June and lost 40 pounds by Christmas....but then moved, changed jobs, and ended a 2.5 year relationship. So yeah, WW went down the drain for me. Well I've gained 10.5 pounds since quitting. I started back with a meeting yesterday, and am just going into it as if everything is brand new.
