Labor Day:
Kfunk: CONGRATULATIONS on a new century! WTG!!
GulfMagnolia: Looking Good! Nice, sustained loss!
Magistra: your pajama/journaling day sounds wonderful. I wish I could eat ice cream for one day like you, and then not go into a carbohydrate consuming frenzy! I have no restraint!
Farn: Weight loss looking good! Did you manage to avoid the "cheat weekend"?
CandidCamster: CONGRATULATIONS on that low weight! And for finding healthy substitutes for processed sweets! I'm hoping to eventually be able to add fruits back without them triggering unhealthy cravings. We went to the farmer's market today. My oh My! The peaches smelled so fabulous, not like grocery store peaches. They had cantaloupe and little round watermelons, plums and cherry tomatoes.....I did get some green beans, cabbage, cucumbers, some kind of giant onion that's supposed to be as sweet as an apple (I'll have to dice it very thin and just sprinkle it on top of a salad or an omelet), and red, yellow and green tomatoes. (The green ones are for DH who gave me puppy dog eyes and asked if I'd fry him some even if I couldn't have them....I acquiesced, and he bought a whole basket! Grrrrr!) I love your Churchill quotes!
Joyful in Missouri: Great job on the four pounds down! Cheesecake!! OMG....you are killing me!

LauraRVA: Hope your family situation sorted itself out. I love the picture of you with the medal! You GO!
DayDreamer: I hope you are doing well in spite of the slew of plans! Hang in and hang on!
Have a great week everyone!

). Today I had a Coke Life (I normally avoid soda, but I wanted to try it, I know, I know) it was good but I won't make it a habit, and a cheesy bean and rice burrito from Taco Bell sprinkled with Cayenne Pepper powder.
Congrats!!!

Great job getting back on track after the weekend!!
Yay for breaking your plateau!

Is it too late to join the challenge? I know most of June is gone already..

. I will accomplish this by meeting my step goal every day, logging in faithfully here and MFP and keeping up with the challenge, accountability and the getting out of the “insert decade here” threads. I will be starting C25K, and aim to stay on plan, slowly taper my coffee intake and stay hydrated
