  • WE ARE ONLY 305 MINUTES FROM GOAL....KEEP GOING...WE HAVE FOUR DAYS LEFT
  • 6/26 - after work walk - 14 minutes
    6/27 - morning elliptical - 15 minutes
    6/27 - lunchtime walk - 24 minutes

    3,195 + 53 = 3,248 minutes!
  • 55 Min Zumba last night
    30 min morning working

    85+3248=3,333 Minutes
  • 3333 min + 60 min wfc core + 10 min tai chi + 25 min yoga=3428 minutes

    We are almost there!!!!
  • I'll add some walking. 11 minutes last night, 47 at lunch today, for another 58 minutes.

    3428 + 58 = 3,486 minutes!
  • 3486 min + 35 min candlelight yoga + 70 min walking=3591 min

    WE MADE GOAL
  • 30 minutes swimming 3591 + 30 = 3621
    Congrats on making goal
  • 6/28 - evening walk - 11 min
    6/29 - elliptical - 15 min.

    3,621 + 26 = 3,647 minutes!
  • 3647 min + 15 min shoulder yoga + 20 min tai chi + 48 min muscle maker video=3730 min

  • 6/30 - 29 minute (yeah...I know, not 30, but that's where I stopped the tracker at. LOL!) walk at lunch.

    3730 + 29 minutes = 3759 minutes...

    Going to the Y tonight, so I'll finish out the month strong!
  • Final entry for June! 6/30 YMCA night. Elliptical 12 minutes. Weights 49 minutes. Elliptical 15 minutes. total of 76 minutes.

    3759 + 76 = 3835
  • I did 80 minutes today! Walking around my neighborhood, my personal goal for the month is 900 minutes (about 30 minutes per day), let's do this!
