Beth, I mix up a little WF jam in my plain yogurt, for flavor and sweetness. Maybe you could try that instead of Stevia?
I had the PB2 on celery sticks yesterday afternoon for a snack. It was very satisfying, and I like that it was so few calories and carbs/fat.
I'm very discouraged. I'm 90% sure I have a stress fracture in my left tibia.

When I tried to get back into running 10 years ago, I had repetitive stress fractures in that bone, and finally had to give it up. This time around, I was more careful about extra calcium, wearing good shoes, limiting my miles... but I have a tender, swollen spot right above my ankle, in the place where stress fractures commonly occur. I'm going to use the elliptical at the gym today, to avoid impact on that bone, then rest tomorrow, and I will still do the 5K on Saturday. I paid for it, and I'm doing it, even if I have to walk. I plan to see the doc next week if the pain/swelling doesn't subside, and I don't really expect it to.
sigh
Weight is holding steady, right around 155, even though I've needed quite a few calories every evening. Last night I had a Quest bar, and then peanut butter an hour later, and then 10 almonds right before bed. I think in maintenance, I'm going to have to have a larger dinner meal than just 4 oz. protein and some veggies and a small carb. Might try 8 oz of protein and a LOT of vegetables.
ETA: Breakfast report.
My most satisfying breakfast, by far, has been an egg and cheddar cheese on an Orowheat whole wheat thin bun, + 1/2 c. yogurt w/ WF jam, + Six Star Fit shake w/ half a banana. I think the cheese on the sandwich goes a long way to make the whole meal flavorful and filling. This will probably become my most frequent breakfast meal.
Today I had 2 slices of French toast (Sara Lee Delightful bread, soaked in an egg and 1/4 milk) w/ WF syrup, + yogurt and WF jam, and 1/2 banana with 1 Tbsp. pb. The French toast was meh. I think it was because of the syrup, which doesn't have a lot of flavor.
Oatmeal in a jar is tasty and I will have it again, but it's all your nutrients in ONE dish, which can feel like a small meal if you usually enjoy having several different food items.
