    This was my 7th day below 1800.
  • Wednesday Unofficial Weigh-In:

    Sunday remains my OFFICIAL weigh-in and the day I move my tracker, but I do weigh and log daily for the helpful data that gives me. I decided to post today that FINALLY, the scale is going in the right direction and I'm DOWN .4 from Sunday to 128.4 and no, it's not set in stone and may well fluctuate up again, but I'm enjoying that tiny bit of scale lore for now.

  • So, YESTERDAY'S daily weigh-in was 127.6, which was 1.2 down from last Sunday, my official weigh-in day.

    But as all weight management addicted folk know, the numbers fluctuate and TODAY, which is Sunday, my official weigh-in day, I'm at 128.4, down .4 from last Sunday.

    Which is good and happy news as I lost .4 for the week, so huzzah for moi anyway.

    This week, feeling very cocky and cheerful, I am declaring an EXTRA OFFICIAL weigh-in day today and am down to where I was Saturday. My net result for a week and one day since Sunday, April 26 is a loss of 1.4 and I have changed my ticker here on 3FC to reflect that.

    Yes, I do WAY overthink this stuff but it's fun to be losing a little and fitting nicely into my jeans once again.

    Anyway, I enjoy playing with data.
