    DC area, nice! I used to go to university in DC for 2 years. I miss it sometimes.
  • This weeks weigh in 203.8. Stomach flu is the scales friend. I got down to 205.2 on my own though.
    Amandie: what page is the spread sheet link so i can update on my own. How did the 30day shred go?

    I didn't do the 30 Day Shred yet, had an unexpected take home test using Excel so I had to stay at school longer than expected so kinda screwed my day up. I have a busy weekend coming up so Monday will definitely be the first day. Thank you for asking!

    Whew, up to 165.2 this am, thanks to eating out two days in a row. I know it is mostly water weight. I start 30DS today after errands. Very excited!

    I finally worked out!!!! I couldn't find my 30DS DVD so I did 26 minutes on the elliptical on the hardest setting. I'd have finished up the last 4 minutes but my knee was bugging me so I slowed down and stopped. Go me! If I can't still find my DVD, I'll just go online instead.

    I hit the 150s yesterday weighing in at 159.8! UBER excited about that, I even did a little dance and yelled out in excitement, LOL. It's been almost a year since I last touched the 150s (I got down to 157 once then fell off the wagon and gained back to 170.) So I'm hoping to at least hit 156 if not 153 by the end of this challenge.

    How is everyone doing?! Good, I hope.

  • WTG, AAD. You're so close to goal for this challenge!

    Currently 162.8- TOM and water weight. I'm trying not to let it get it to me and that I know it will come off eventually! I've worked out Monday and last night on the elliptical. Still no 30DS. I may hold off on 30DS until I reach 150lbs, mainly because I did not see much losses with it (but nice body changes) and right now, losing consistently is what I need. I'm so ready to get rid of the last 15-20!!

    Hi this is Dumplin ! I just saw this challenge. Googled to find that I have 32 days until Easter ! Yeah I would love to join this challenge . My start weight is 221 I would love to be at 215 ! I am going to try to post everyday or every other day. I want to get this weight off of me so bad !!!

  • I forgot to update I was at 245 for last week. Now I'm up to 250 again this week.

    I feel like giving up. I have been fighting with these same 10lbs for 5 or 6 months It's been a super long, frustrating week.
