That's what I needed to add back in was my exercise. It sure does make a difference.I'm making an attempt to learn to run. I can only run for 30 seconds and then I am so winded I have to slow the treadmill down. I will keep trying to increase my time. I watch other people on the treadmill and they start with a slow warm up and then take off for the remainder of their time. I so want to keep up, but I just look out of the window and do what I can

My husband noticed my jeans are too big. It made me feel so good. I mentioned to him that I was gonna show him and he said he had already noticed.
October loss is 4.2lbs.
