  • Today is the first time I've checked in a while and I am down to 126. So that isn't bad. I was in the 130s. My weight fluctuates though depending on what shift I am working on.

    Hi everyone!
    I saw this weigh in group and decided it would be great to not have to do this alone!

    I am 50 yrs old and have a cholesterol of 327!!! Family history of stroke and heart disease...sooooo....I need to get serious

    I am down 24lbs so far but have 15 more to go.

    I will try to weigh in every Sat
