    B: 2 slices turkey bacon, small pumpkin coffee from gas station (obv not on any phase!)

    L: spinach salad with leftover rotisserie chicken and ff mozarella and lite casear dressing, diet coke

    S: tasted some of the black bean brownies I made up, diet coke

    D: chicken breast with a home made cream sauce (made from lf cottage cheese, lf cream cheese, and a season packet (prob not approved) I have had in the cupboard), carrots, water

    S: peanut butter cup (south beach)
  • Whoops! I forgot it over the weekend too! Was on plan food wise ... but succumbed to wine!

    Day 8, Phase 1

    B - ff Greek Yogurt with 1 spoonful of sf jam
    L - Roast chicken salad ff/sf dressing
    S - Almonds
    D - Unsure ... maybe eggplant lasagne?
