    Girl that has to be where i know you. My grandparents grew up in Cow Island. As a matter of fact Clodis Road was named after my great grandfather. So Who is your mom?

    Funny thing when I was talking with my coach the 2nd WI and we got in to talking about the Walden Farms things and shared I'd read about them and she quickly asked if I'd been on here, they were well aware of the forum.

    I am from Australia, but moved to Texas when I was 12 (College Station), went to Texas A&M undergrad, moved to CU Boulder (Boulder, CO) for graduate school, now transplanted to Arlington, VA (Washington DC).

    Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. My website has all my info because I am now an IP shop owner/coach as well...which makes me my own coach unfortunately. I miss the weekly weigh ins and support it was wonderful. Still weigh myself and have lots of support from friends and family though

    How do you feel about idealtogo.com? I currently go to a chiropractors office as my "clinic" but I'm not sure how knowledgeable my counselor is. She hasn't been doing the diet much longer than me and I haven't been able to get a lot of answers. All my support comes from right here at 3FC. Plus, it's considerably cheaper to do it online.

    Opelousas, Louisiana. We work in Lafayette and the clinic I go to is a couple of minutes from work, but I live 35 miles (one way) from work.
