I finally got on scale today after a week spent recovering from a stall plus travel and I didn't have to face a regain-- current weight is on ticker. Figuring out what had stalled me made all the difference. It's interesting how as my body changes, my food has needed to shift too in order to continue losing. I know it doesn't work that way for everyone-- some people seem to lose all the way to goal with the same exact menus-- but maybe with my age and insulin resistance, I've needed to figure stuff out and adjust. Anyway, looking forward to the next four pounds gone... I love you all in this thread but dearly want to leave you.
