    D - @steakhouse - cocktail, 7oz filet, baked sweet potato w/half butter and cinnamon, side of veggies
    S - too many coconut macaroons, skim milk
    E - bike ride

    Sunday:
    B - matzoh brei, syrup, skim milk, strawberries
    L - 1 pc each of two crustless quiches, salad (w/green beans, beets, almonds), fruit salad, iced tea, 2.5 more macaroons, handful of choc & yogurt covered raisins
    D - leftover salad w/rotisserie chicken on it
    E - very short walk

    Monday:
    B - matzoh brei w/syrup, skim milk
    L - leftover quiche
    S - greek yogurt w/honey & strawberries, tangelo, some fruit salad
    D - leftover quiche, chicken with sweet & sour fennel, mashed potatoes, spinach salad w/strawberries & dressing
    E - stationary bike + core

    Tuesday:
    B - matzoh brei w/syrup, skim milk
    L - spinach salad w/strawberries & dressing, leftover chicken and mashed potatoes
    S - greek yogurt w/honey, banana
    D - spaghetti w/sauce of pasta sauce, frozen veggies, spinach, cheese, pine nuts
    S - spoon of PB
    E - none

    Friday ended up being movie night so we had popcorn and water for dinner.

    Saturday
    B~egg white mcmuffin
    L~burger & 1/2 order fries
    D~mac & cheese with green beans (per DS's request)

    Sunday~

    L~quesadilla & 1/2 order fries
    D~steak, melon salad & bruschetta

    Monday~
    B~1 c risotto
    L~Smart Ones entree, melon salad, Activia light yogurt
    D~plate of finger food, mostly good...

    Tuesday
    B~1 c risotto
    L~Smart Ones entree, apple, Activia light yogurt
    D~steak salad
  • The end of Passover, finally. I ate two big bowls of spaghetti for dinner last night which I'm sure put my calories over 2000. And yet, I was down 1lb this morning. I guess my body just loves its carbs. Annoyed this morning because I had to throw out nearly a whole container of strawberries due to mold.

    Wednesday:
    B - raisin bran, banana, skim milk
    L - leftover veg crustless quiche
    S - tangelo, lf greek yogurt w/honey and strawberries
    D - leftover chicken/mashed potatoes, leftover spaghetti & sauce
    E - none
  • Hello...i am now considering myself in maintenance. I upped my calories to 2300, which will still put me at a slight deficit but not enough that i can really expect to lose weight. Which would be ok with me. So yesterday i came in at 2280 calories. 148.5 this morning! I hope to never go over 150 again!

    E - 5 min dog walk this morning

    B~2 (oops) quesadillas, one cheese and egg and one just cheese
    L~Smart Ones entree, apple, Activia light yogurt
    S~2 crackers with pb
    D~burger, baked beans, Margarita (oops)

    Thursday
    B~not sure yet, perhaps eggs
    L~Smart Ones entree, apple, Activia light yogurt
    D~southwest chicken salad

    L - leftover turkey tofu veg rice
    S - lf greek yogurt w/honey, handful of grapes
    D - leftover quiche, glass of wine, spoon of PB
