Hi all -- I'm down just over 4lbs for March. I had hoped for better, but I'll take it. I suspect that my calorie counting tool is counting a little low, or I'm way off base on my measurements, but either way, I'll adjust a little and hope for better in April. I'm still following my high protein, low carb/fat/sodium plan, but I watch the overall calories too. How is everyone else doing?
