    No, i do it in SF on 2nd and market at a place called Nutraworks. There is another person on the board who does it in alameda. i believe her username is nerdigrrl? anyhow, congrats! this diet is absolutely fantastic!!!

    I can't believe the huge weight loss in such a short period of time on IP (which I only heard about 3 days ago!!!) ..... going to have to google it now seeing as so many of you have done brilliantly on it. You are beautiful

    You look great!! I lost 42lbs last year on IP and have just restarted to lose another 25 lbs. I love IP!! You are truely an inspiration for me-thanks!!

    hi classy, no exercise yet (all this weight was lost from IP alone), but i did just sign up for krav maga classes, so we will see if that helps or hurts the current loss.

    Wow Laura!!!! We had similar stats at one point. We are about the same age as well so I was really inspired by your loss. I may have even been lower then you, when I noticed your huge loss. Sadly, I went off the diet for a bit and its nice to see your accomplishment and where I could have been. Its a big motivator to see that if I stick with the diet then I will be enjoying my younger years thin too. Congratulations!!! Any tips that worked best for you?
