Today made one week that I have walked a mile each day. I know that most of you do ten times the exercise that I do but I hadn't exercised in years--I would 'diet' but not exercise-so a mile is a lot for me. I felt really awful tonight so I had a hard time but, like so many of you say, I felt better afterwards. Speaking of the huge amount of time you guys are up to per day-how long did it take ya'll to work up to where you are now? As I said, I've walked a mile a day for a week and it doesn't feel one whit easier! I wonder how long it'll take me to get to two miles?Thanks everyone for being so supportive and giving such awesome advice!
