I'm 4'9.5". My average weight in my late teens, early 20s was between 107-117. At that weight, I wasn't overly thin and still had plenty of curves. Post kids, my weight leveled off at the 135-140 mark. During a 6 month period between Oct 2009 and 2010, I experienced some health issues including very low vitamin D levels and self-medicated with food and very little physical activity and spiked up to 165lbs - yikes! After a year and a half of slow and steady weight loss, I am currently down to 125. I'm feeling pretty good, and just squeezing into a size 8. I know that after 2 kids and with a very curvy build ( i.e. big bust, butt, + hips) I can't aim to be super skinny, but I would love to get to a point where I feel good in a pair of jeans ( which I haven't worn in over 10 years ). My initial goal going forward is 114 ... followed by a revisit to my adult low of 107. I would love to see what I would look and feel like below 100, but I am also reasonable and realize that my body may not be built for that. I have also learned that muscle tone is key to avoid those jiggles, so fitness needs to be a goal as well as that dreaded number on the scale
