  • Diane, you are too brave for me. Congrats on all that exercise.
  • Thanks for the warm welcome.
Official weigh in today, and I've only lost 1.2 pounds.
I'll take it, way better than gaining, especially as I used all my daily, weekly, and activity points. I'm only on 18 poiunts daily, and I'm always hungry.
I hope it will be better next time.
  • Good Morning......Official WI this morning only showed a -1#!!!! Oh well at least its a loss! I was hoping for 3#!!!
  • OK Girlie, did you go to a weight watcher meeting and they told you 18 points?
Unless you are an old short lady who sits down all day that is not enough Thats only 900 calories. No wonder you are using all your exercise and flex points.
The last thing you want to do is put your body into starvation mode.
Please get some help from your WW leader.

Mimi- I'm doing WW online, and yes- that's me in a nutshell, that's why I only get 18 points! I still think 18 points is low.
  • Elyn, I cannot believe they told you only 18 points! That's truly not enough.

Jeanne, I would gladly take your 1 lb. loss.

    Anyone else?
  • Jeanne slow and steady wins the race!!!
