Wiginn- I run outside so I have the opposite issue as you. I can't warm up! I mean, I feel plenty warm while I'm running, but after I stop the fat in my thighs seem to hold in the cold until I take a steaming hot shower. But I guess outdoor running in Wisconsin probably isn't adviced this time of year

. I really don't know how far I'm traveling since I'm not on a treadmill, but I think I'm around 1.6-1.75 miles?
Shea- I say go ahead and try W2D1 on Thursday. You might surprise yourself. And if the 90 second runs are too long, you can always slow down.
Wild Vulpix- Go for it! This is a great program that starts you off nice and slow. The jump from each week to the next can look intimidating but most people surprise themselves by making it. And if you're really too nervous to move on to the next week, you can always repeat the week you're on! Just remember to take it easy and don't push yourself if you're hurting (especially feet, ankles or knees). No one says you have to run at a 10 min mile pace. Find the pace that's comfortable for you and this is totally doable.
