and you have said this many times. What I am saying is that it is restricted the first week like Atkins so I should be able to do this. I am just trying to compare it to other diets I have done and MY ability to do this. I just try to stick with natural foods and also avoiding gluten while I'm doing this. When it comes to adding carbs in...I will do this my way...gluten-free. There are many healthy carbs to eat without eating bread and grains. I also buy gluten free pasta...yummy. Anyway...just wanted you to know that I realize her diet is different from Atkins.....I'm just getting myself mentally prepared for the first week

I'm going to get me another food scale (lost mine) so that I can properly measure out my protein. I loved baked chicken. I also love eggs so that shouldn't be a problem! Jillian Michaels says if it doesn't grow from a plant or a tree or doesn't have a mother then don't eat it ! hahaha!....that always cracks me up.
