  • Happy Monday To all! Glad this weekend is over! Managed to stay on food plan, but exercise plan was sacrificed to my work schedule! But a weekend without any gain is a HUGE success in my book!

    Scale hasn't budged in the past two days so I'm at 187 still....I was kind of predicting this because it seems that I have one week of a big loss, then one week with a much smaller loss.....Interesting trying to figure out how my body works!

  • Awesome job to everyone!!! One more exam and then this semester is over!!! Sad part is, I am working like a mad woman from MOnday through the beginning of the new semester. But that will be ok. Cuz then there will only be 3 more months of winter and then spring and time to get back outside and show off my new body. To great days of workouts in a row. Two sort of great days of eating in a row. and a smaller number on the scale. Whoot!!!
