Petra, can you start to chart different kinds of goals, rather than scale goals? Processed foods, yeah, i feel so much better when i eat clean - or make clean choices...just a hard habit to start for so many...i like easy, and have to train my brain to say, this is just as easy
Giv - yeah on the treadmill. I love mine because i love climate control....hahaha, hope the headache is all better
OnMyWay - hahah, what a visual...all those preschoolers cooking, cute
ICU- i'm the same way with muscle, thighs, etc...think i was built for endurance...happened when i ran in the past, bigger thighs - but nicer shape
NewLeaf - I know maintaining isn't as rewarding as losing right now, but you aren't going back up, and that's awesome
Marie - how are the dogs doing on their walks with their harnesses?

I do a workout later today (not a morning person) and my weight is staying steady. I'd love it to drop, but as long as it doesn't go up, we're all good.
I hope Cat is having fun on her trip. I'm getting antsy and ready to travel - I have to wait until Tuesday, but it will get here quickly. My challenge will be making healthy choices for a week in Disney - and at least walking will keep me burning up some calories too!



Great job on losing 4 pounds so far this month. You are in the groove again!
