Because now I am seeing 232, 232, almost 231, 232 and I am 100% on plan so I KNOW if I stick with it I am due for a drop soon. I want to move my ticker!!
Because this weekend I climbed a mountain (albeit not a huge one or anything) and I made it to the top. I can't wait to do it again after I've lost another 20 pounds and see how much easier it is then.
