NOVEMBER - One reason you will stay on plan today

  • Because I've done amazingly well this past week and want to keep doing amazingly well!
  • Because I'm taking a scale break, and that is NOT an excuse to eat whatever I want and make myself feel lousy.
  • Because now I am seeing 232, 232, almost 231, 232 and I am 100% on plan so I KNOW if I stick with it I am due for a drop soon. I want to move my ticker!!
  • Because I finally saw the scale move this morning and it feels GREAT! The 220's are right there for the taking
  • Because I didn't just go running and nearly kill myself on roller blades to ruin it all with bad food choices.
  • because im feeling so much more energized
  • Because I had a really great breakfast, snack, and lunch...no need to ruin it ..I only have 1 snack and dinner to go!
  • because I'm loving fitting into some of my clothes again, instead of just the shorts that I wore all summer.... and i'd love them to fit even better.
  • Because I did amazing this weekend despite all the junk we had laying around for dds party yesterday and lost weight!! I'm so close to the 270s!!!!!!
  • I am staying on plan today because I am determined to lose some weight before the year is up.
  • Because this weekend I climbed a mountain (albeit not a huge one or anything) and I made it to the top. I can't wait to do it again after I've lost another 20 pounds and see how much easier it is then.
  • Because I love the way I am eating now.
  • Because I read my Goal post in the Goal forum from October of 2007 and it made me REALLY want to get back to goal!
  • Because it took me 3 1/2 years to get back in this mindset and I refuse to give it up again!

    (and because I lost 8.6#s last week and want to do it again!)
  • because i hate this plateau!
