I am going to post some updated pics on Sunday, which is the 1 year mark since I had my wake up call about my lifestyle. Hopefully there will be a noticeable difference...I've only lost a few more lbs but I've been toning up (I hope!)

So I missed my Sunday deadline but here are the updated goal pics, 5 months after reaching goal and a year after starting this journey. I'm maybe 132 in these pics, so a little lighter than goal pics but hopefully more toned. It doesn't look too visible to me but my bf% is lower.

Because our starting/goal weights are close (as are our heights and body types) I'm really motivated to see these faaaabulous pictures. Your story of gain and loss is rather familiar as well.
