I ate a can of wax beans and some homemade applesauce with it. Then I splurged with a JC pumpkin spice cake for dessert. Are you almost done packing? If they end your program does that mean you can go to Texas sooner?
Sandra, how are you doing with your eating and exercise? I'd think that working again might get in the way.
Sloan, I should have thought of Mayo. I went to the calculator and it says 2050 calories for me to maintain. So 1550 to lose 1 pound a week. It just seems so low. It's also exactly what WW said as my minimum. It doesn't explain what would happen if I ate the equivalent of the 35 points which would be the extra 250 per day. I guess that means I'd only lose .6 a week. This is all very interesting to me. The answer may be to get even more active if I want to eat more.
