    Congratulations Heather! I'm just starting my journey, but I like the idea of focusing on losing 10% of your body weight at a time. I think I'll need to add that to my goals!

    wow, just wow :-) I just started weight watchers, I discovered I didnt actually believe I could lose weight, I've lost some, but not the last 3 weeks. Seeing your pics is an inspiration to keep going, thanks! You look great!
