Today I'm staying OP because I leave for vacation on Friday, and I want to be BELOW 160 when I get back. I'm not bringing my scale or anything (though don't think I haven't considered it!), but if I exercise and eat right as much as humanly possible, I know I can at least maintain.
Today I'm staying on plan because I walked into McDonalds with a co-worker and walked out with nothing... despite how much I was trying to convince myself that I needed a milk shake.
