Ok, got on the scale for the first time in 10 days.... Only gained 3lbs back during my awful week of eating bad food and no gym.. not as bad as a i thought. I am up for this challenge and excited!

GW 146.2 Want to get back to the 140's before we leave on vacation. Then my goal is to lose one pound during the 10 days we are gone. Even one pound off on vacation will make me very happy!!
Unfortunately I went from 242 to 260 in a month. I had just lost weight 280 to 242. I went on sugar binge for a month. I ate everything that was starch and sugar and now I found out that I am on the boderline of becoming a diabetic. Boy is that a wake-up call. I am doing all that I can do to finish losing the weight. Sweets, starch and fried foods for now are completely out of my diet.
