  • I didnt weigh myself this morning so I am not sure if there is any change, I will weigh bright and early tomorrow!
  • Ok, got on the scale for the first time in 10 days.... Only gained 3lbs back during my awful week of eating bad food and no gym.. not as bad as a i thought. I am up for this challenge and excited!

  • Unfortunately I went from 242 to 260 in a month. I had just lost weight 280 to 242. I went on sugar binge for a month. I ate everything that was starch and sugar and now I found out that I am on the boderline of becoming a diabetic. Boy is that a wake-up call. I am doing all that I can do to finish losing the weight. Sweets, starch and fried foods for now are completely out of my diet.

  • I was up .2 from yesterday! Oh well I haven't been on my treadmill in 2 weeks because I have been sick but I am going to try to get on it today!
