    I am running out of pants that fit. I don't really want to get a bunch of new clothes when I still hope to lose more - it looks like I'll have to hit the goodwill soon to try to find some 'interim' pants.

    Got in to see the doc yesterday and got the new heart meds yesterday. Now I just need a few days to get the old ones out of the system and I should start feeling better. Right now I totally feel like I'm on drugs or have had a bit too much to drink. I fell asleep at 7 last night - and didn't wake up until 8 this morning.

  • Janal – I’m having the pants problem also. Mine actually fell down at work the other day I hear what you’re saying, I don’t want to pay full price for pants ‘cuz I know they are not something I will be wearing long term.

    We went to the Goodwill on the West side on Saturday & are going to the one on the North side today. I’ll hit ‘em all until I find what I need!

    Hi Chefsgirl,
    I was reading your little caption and I must have to ask "What kind of chicken salad are you making that is making you drop 3.2 lbs this week?" . I love salad and I eat it very religiously. There must be a secret ingredient in yours that I don't have . Please share the knowledge of your chicken salad .

    The scale was all over the place today with my monring weigh in and then my weight watchers weigh in ..so I'm just going to leave my numbers alone for today
  • My magic chicken salad........last nite's version -

    Grilled chicken w/ italian seasoning
    iceberg lettuce
    cucumber
    sugar snap peas
    black & green olives
    Light Caesar Dressing
    Caesear salad baked croutons
    Feta cheese
    Motz cheese

    larger portions of the veggies & chicken, small portions of the fats & cheeses

    I know it's silly, but it works for me every time. Maybe b/c it's so filling that I don't have the late nite snacks? Maybe b/c all the fiber from the veggies is cleansing?
