    Yes risab DH stands for darling husband or some say dear husband but whatever it maybe I have had so much love and support along the weight lose journey from him.

    Thankyou so much for the wonderful comments left I hope they give inspiration and hope to others here on 3fc as other successful weight loss posts did to me at the beginning.
