  • Wow, I'm such a slacker for not posting my numbers I'll post tonight after I get my exercise in.
  • OMG, I just realized I haven't posted my workouts here since the 19th. Looks like I'm not the only one who's slacking in recording! <grin>

    Since then I've done 150 minutes of cardio.

    Group total: 3,846 + 150 = 3,996
  • Adding 70 mins of strength training today.

    Group total: 3,996 + 70 = 4,066
  • My minutes for this week 375 + Former Group minutes 4,066 = 4,441 New Group total.
  • Workout Summery from 10/18:
    Treadmill = 26 minutes
    Strength Training = 16 minutes
    Saturday 10/18 Workout Total = 42 minutes

    Walking/Hiking Summery from 10/19 through 10/26 while I was traveling = 250 Minutes

    Personal for month = 1,468

    Group Total 4,441 + 292 = 4,733
  • 15 Playground Play with twin 1 yo's (lifting them to go down slide over and over, pushing them on swings - I don't normally do this sort of thing.)
    25 minute walk in park

    Treadmill = 18 minutes
    Strength Training = 17 minutes
    Wednesday 10/28 Workout Total = 75 minutes

    Personal for month = 1,543

    Group Total 4,733 + 75 = 4808
  • 70 mins strength training today

    Group total: 4,808 + 70 = 4,878
  • Adding 70 mins strength training

    Group total: 4,878 + 70 = 4,948
  • I have been lax about tracking exercise this month -- one of the areas I had been VERY successful -- and I need to get back on track. But I have been exercising and have 750 min to add.

    Group total~ 4948 + 750 = 5698 min
  • My minutes for this week 255 + 5698 = 5,953 New Group total
  • 120 more minutes to finish October for me...640 minutes done!!! Monthly goal met. YAY

    5,953 + 120 = 6073 New Group total
  • My number is not quite what it should be this month - 738

    738 + 6073 = 6811
  • Heather - where are we for the year?
  • Carol -- I don't think we want to know -- I haven't been tracking, but we are exercising a lot less than in other years! I think we are well under 100K.
