  • Hi this is my first post here, my personal goals for this week are 240 minutes.

    Last week I exercised 280 minutes

    280+3928 = 4208 GROUP total
  • 90 min elliptical this weekend (30 sat and 60 sun)

    Group total ~ 3928 + 90 + 30 (cyn) = 4048 min
  • 60 min dragging limbs
    50 min minitramp

    group total 4048 +110=4158
  • I spent 20 minutes on my bike this morning plus a bit of stretching. Feeling sore still. Will probably do some more stretching tonite.

  • Another 20 minutes on the bike plus stretching this morning.
