Well, I managed to lose another pound, I think. I think my scale may be a bit schizophrenic. My weight will vary over 5 pounds within 5 minutes. I know, I know - not supposed to weigh yourself so much. I know it has a mind of it's own, so I step on it until it gives me at least two reading the same. Darn digital scales. I think it got wet from the kiddies playing in the tub. I want one of the old kind that you can mark your current and goal wieght on. I can't seem to find them though. Only digital or basic.
The Oats & Chocolate bars I got are made by Fiber One (like the cereal). I found them in the cereal section, with all the other granola bars and cereal bars. Nutritional info:
140 cal, 4g fat, 1.5g sat. fat, 0mg chol., 90mg sod., 29g carb, 9g fiber, 10g sugar, 2g protein, 2% Vit A, 0 Vit C, 10% Ca, 2% Iron.
I got them at my store for $3.29. Only get 5 bars/box though. Bummer. But, they are VERY yummy and satisfying. You think you're eating something you shouldn't. I've been able to quiet them up by shutting them in a drawer. lol

. I love it...Glad you shut that drawer up tight to drown out the sound of them calling your name...Good Girl.
Good for you! I am curious - why give up flour? Or are you just going to give up the over-processed flour? I love my whole grain bread, pasta, and crackers. I have to follow a low-protein diet, so I get my fix on carbs, I just try to stick with the good ones as much as possible.
. I always weigh myself in the morning (naked) after first pee. (sorry if TMI). It still gives me multiple weights. My DH swears it's just me, but I can't figure out how you can screw up getting on a scale. I put my feet where they belong and try desperately not to move (or even wiggle, as it freaks out when you do) and yet try to see the readout - still can't see my feet easy. Grrr....
