Amanda: Congratulations on making your goal!

Thanks so much for sharing your story with us.

I want you to know I have so enjoyed reading your posts throughout your journey. Often times I have heard people describe how a significant weightloss affects other aspects of their lives as well. I don't think we can really understand beforehand how these things in our life change as a result of this journey but you do give some fine examples in your story. i.e. having a clean house because of the inability to cook in a messy kitchen.

I am certain there are more earthmoving examples than this one that you have experienced but it made me smile...
I have no doubt you will have continued success as a maintainer

There is nothing like an injury to derail even the most dedicated person during their journey. But there you are... going in to lift upper body as your knee recovers.

Good for you!!! Just think of it as a time to just really focus on upper body right now. You know, those mirror muscles...I am sure you are going to have some smashing delts, biceps and triceps by the holidays so find something now to show them off for the holiday parties!
Congratulations again Amanda. I am so excited for you and all that you have accomplished.

Now, tape that knee up and get back on that elliptical! Just kidding...
