I just ordered a book from Amazon about treating SIBo. Written by a doc from CA about a new treatment for IBS. Recommends bifididium? peppermint capsules an d digestive enzymes. I will be following that-I would do anything to stop getting these attacks every two months and going on antibiotics. Only thing that stops it-that's why I think it is SIBO. I also have food sensitivities to what and milk. Gotta cut down on the bad sugars. I eat way too many carbs.

That's funny about the bathroom. We only have one here so it's sometimes a race. Can't drink diet soda. I am intolerant to milk and my probiotics have milk-have to try another one. Mima
