Hi girls
At risk of stereotyping myself, 'g'day from Down Under'! I go to Uni (the same as college?) fulltime, work part time, and live with my parter (who works fulltime and studys parttime). I thought I was the only person in the whole world struggling to find the time and money to eat healthily. I guess I am the only person in my circles anyway.
WooHoo! You guys sound great, can't wait to get to know you all. I'm going into my second year of a double degree, B. Management + B. International Studies. I'm also in AIESEC, the world's largest student org. Is anyone else?
Well, that's me in brief, I'll be around pretty often, it sounds like you guys really have things under control!

Ahh, the BMI. Last week I bought a scale that measures weight, body fat percentage, and water percentage. I am now regretting buying it! I check my stats about six times a day. I might just hide it in the closet so I forget about it! I'm glad you joined!
I love kickboxing...I'll always push for it. And I love eating ramn noodles uncooked...but I stopped when I read the nutrition and how much sodium was in the seasoning *gulp*, they're a guilty pleasure, though. I love to mix ramen noodles and Lipton's Chicken Noodle Soup, too. It's an interesting mix...but I rarely have it. I love your cats names
I'm no good at crosswords, but do sudoku puzzles sometimes. I'm planning on getting a scale like yours, but I'm also worried about continually weighing myself. I'm addicted to this site, too!!
I thought I was getting enough fiber from all of the fruit and vegetables I've been eating, but i guess not. Can anyone relate?
As far as I can tell, crystal lite and propel are just fine, though I wouldn't drink it for every glass of water a day. As far as constipation goes, I agree with Nikaia that the transition from very little fibre to a lot could be the culprit..but also if you're not drinking enough water, or getting enough cardio. Those keep me regular. Also, if you aren't already eating it, I would recommend switching to whole wheat grain products over white -- lots more fibre.
about your mom pitching it.
