hmmmm... um killed myself with weights on Wed, so thurs was 0. Was more sore than after my marathon. Friday started with 2.5 miles of run/walk and later I was able to run 4 or so.
Saturday I squeezed in 6 miles and today I got 12.5
A lot of surfers out there today...hurricane weather makes good waves...but we surfed the sandy sidewalk for 4 miles then breakfast....a beautiful morning here in southern California.
I'm not going to list the month out in detail... Let's just say that I only did 77.4 miles in June, which I feel pretty bad about, since I did 125 in May and 163 in April... So July, back on track. Ticker is current and I am ready to dive back in!

6/27 10.4 woke up with a strained serratus anterior....that would be armpit but it ended up affecting my running. Take 2 days off for no good reason, end up freak injured...common theme
