That sounds impossible especially since I am in a funk right now. Bounced back up to 171 again
. I have been crazy snacking the last few weeks, so I def need to limit myself to some real low calorie snacks. If I was being good, I know I would be firmly in 160's by now. I just need to buckle down and make some changes. I just don't know what yet. I think I am going to have to sacrifice a bit in some other areas to get this weight loss thing back on track. I have to keep telling myself I am worth it!
