replied to the cat post .. my body hates carbs i blow up when i eat a slice of bread i'm wondering if i'm intolerant since my stomach bloats so easily when i eat bread or pasta.. the thing with me is that i have a hard time believing that you can lose weight eating 2000 calories a day , so for a hole year now i've tried to keep my calories low like no more then 1000 .. yesterday i tried eating 860 calories , because according to a calculator i would lose 20 lbs in 2 months if i stuck with 860 calories... through out the day i was fine just eating that but i stayed up really late and ate toast and an egg white then one serving of porridge .. so lol -.- i dont know if i am capable of keeping my calories at 860 for 2 months.. its just when i stay awake late at night like 2am where i would want something to eat.. i might have to try and sleep earlier then maybe i wouldn't have that extra thing at night...
sounds like your doing great though xD
