Hey ladies I started a IE #12.
Good Morning all. Yes McKenna has a cd that comes with the book, I half listened to it while doing paperwork, and did not pay that much attention to it, the parts I did listen to seemed just to have a lot of affirmations, I am not sure about the hypnosis thing, but the book is good.
