    Gtaspostolic Sorry about the bad news. Yes, you could have done so much worse. Of course we could all do better, but we are not perfect. I'm sure you did the best you could given your situation. Look at how much you have lost since the beginning of the year. That's amazing! Don't even let giving up enter you head! POOF! That's gone! Done even go there! Keep working your plan and take it day by day or hour by hour if you have to.

    Steph Congrats on that NSV! And for realizing how good you look. There are always going to be things that we don't like (our abs are not a tight as we want, loose skin, etc). We are not perfect and never will be no matter how much work we put into it. You have accomplished so much!

  • Hi all I had another great weigh in at 1.2lbs down 184.2 again I owe it all to life.

    Thanks Angie I went with Rissa and her class to the Chinese restaurant and the table was set so no choices at 9:45a.m. I had a 1/2 cup plain fried rice, a cup of plain lo mein, 4 pieces of General Tso's chicken and 2 mini spring rolls. I added it up to be 987 calories and the sodium is 2635 before 11a.m. wow. I had 4 glasses of water while there. Good job on the .2 down, don't be so hard on yourself lady, you're here and doing great

    Beeing bery busy this week, sorry. Is TOM as well but not gained as much a usual, just 0.88 instead of more than 3 pouds i usually gain in water. So hope everyone is doing great this week
