I switched to phase 2 during my vacation week and I still lost weight. I just changed my goal weight from 155 to 160...I don't know if it's because I'm in my goal size (a comfortable size 10) or if I'm just getting so tired of this and want to be at the end!!!!!!!!! I'm 100% all the time and don't want to sabotage myself...I'm just ready to move on to the next phase... UGH!!!!
