  • hi everyone. this is a great idea for a thread.
    So, i'm a super spazz, and get on the scale every day. but today is official day, and i'm down almost 5 pounds! i have an old fashion scale (like you see at some gyms) so it's not super exact, but it's definitely about 4.75 pounds down.

  • Ok ladies I have GOT to get back on track today! Friday I woke up feeling shaky and weighed 191.8! Then today I woke up totally pmsing and weighed 196.6..BLAH only perfect eating and working out this week..official weigh in is wednesday but I changed my ticker back up just in case anyways
  • 180.6 this morning. It puts my BMI at 25.9! I can see the light!
  • I weighed in at 151.6 today, a loss of 3.6 lbs this week.

    I'm really hoping I can make it to the 140's next week! (149.9 counds right?! )
  • no gain, no loss to report.... been hanging on to 178.0 (+/- 0.2 lbs) since last friday.

  • Weighed in at 196 on the dot this morning and defniitely am starting TOM slowly but surely. Tomorrow is official weigh in day where I will be cahnging my ticker again hopefully
  • I weighed this morning at 199.4. Which I am excited about seeing I had a weekend filled with birthday parties and horrible self control. I weighed 202.4 yesterday morning and got back on track. Good to see the water weight come back off
  • I had a 1.4 pound loss this week putting me at 152.2. Yay!
  • 197.6 this morning!! Lowest in 3 years!!
  • well back down to 195.4 today...so its wednesday and I can change my ticker

    i lost 3lbs last week..hoping for another three this week.

  • YAY I'm finally out of the 220's. Weighed in today at 219.5!
