Avalon1957, I do believe that I remember you from older posts (I did IP in 2011 and I was a very active member on these IP boards), glad to see you here.
I tried to re-start IP many times with millions of failed attempts, but since October 2, I eased myself into it by starting with a low-carb diet, I first included some nuts and cheese, then I was able to fully stick to 100% IP.
As of today, (a month into the diet), I lost 19 pounds

I am so happy but I know I have a long way.
Any advice about how to tighten the inner thigh flab? I know we are not supposed to exercise while on IP, but I don't know what to do

.
Anyway, also I wanted to share about my experience with soy nuts, when I first started IP they were on the restricted list, then they became non restricted seeing that the fiber minus the carbs would equal a non restricted item, but with my experience, I did notice that I was not losing weight while I treated the soy nuts as non restricted, I only re-started losing weight while using them only once a day restricted item.
